Win-Sie will guide you through various Yin poses that lengthen the muscles around the hips, pelvis and lower back. You then relax into these postures for several minutes to stretch out the connective tissue that surrounds the joints and increase its elasticity. You will then recharge your energy and calm the mind with restorative poses that cultivate awareness and deepen your connection with your higher self.
Tibetan Singing Bowls Meditation with Mona Choi
Mona uses her own collection of antique Tibetan singing bowls. She will guide you to lay down on the yoga mat and position near the singing bowls. Once there, you just continue focusing on your breathing and relaxing your body and mind – and let the singing bowls take care of the rest. She will simply play the bowls in a particular sequence that will allow you to gently ease into the Theta state (a state where you are at the deep relaxation, deep meditation and light sleep).
