Zero Waste Gift For Christmas - are you game?

Christmas is coming! And yep, it is that time of the year, when our household waste increases enormously. We all want to show our love and appreciation to our loved ones and sometimes presents are a good way to express that. But what to do with all the wrapping paper and ribbons in our tiny little apartments in Hong Kong afterwards? From observation, 90% of them would be binned.

We smile when receiving and giving nicely wrapped gifts. It is a gesture of love.  We also love the health of Planet Earth.  So, we asked ourselves what we could do instead?

The light-bulb then lit up - how about we spice up this old-tradition with a new mind set?

How about creating a type of packaging that is beautiful to look at and practical to be reused or re-purposed after we have opened the gift?

     Reduce     Reuse     Recycle

We want to minimise wastage. As a result, we have come up with some gift-wrapping ideas to go with our products.  These are all handmade with love, care and intention.  They are durable and yet easily decomposable.   They are pretty to look at and practical to be re-purposed.  With all these benefits, why would one want to spend money on wrapping paper (which is designed for single-use and destined to be binned afterwards)?
