What is the business with 40-Day Journey?
40-Day Journey to a Radiant You is a bespoke programme to help you create a daily yoga and awareness practice. The goal is that by the end of this 40-day journey, you will have created the new habit of empowering yourself and be a radiant being.
Virginie will accompany you to explore, experience and experiment with a combination of different tools and activities. All of these are based on Hatha and Kundalini Yoga practices and principles.
In essence, you get to do your daily spiritual practice with minimum effort.
What does this 40-Day Journey look like?
In this 40-Day Journey, we will focus on 4 themes (1 theme for every 10 days). It will be a combination of Group Classes and Self-Practice.

Who is suitable to join this journey?
This is the journey about self-discovery and, therefore, it is open to everyone who wants to take charge of his/her own wellbeing.
You can be a complete newbie to yoga or a long-term practitioner.
You can be stiff or agile.
You can be of any age as long as you are able to move freely.
Each day is a mini journey for you to discover something new.
About the Facilitator / Yoga Teacher
Virginie Morel is a French yoga teacher. She studied in Rishikesh, India, with world-renowned Kia Miller (founder of Radiant Body Yoga) and received her certification after an intense and transformative month. In her classes Virginie shares her deep love of yoga and invites her students to practice with an open mind and heart.
Radiant Body Yoga is a holistic approach to yoga that combines physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), kriya (series of movements with breath), meditation, awareness and chanting (mantras)
When practicing yoga with Virginie, you will empower yourself and discover a new harmony between mind & body. A unique experience to be enjoyed and endured even after the class.

With the physical practice of Hatha Yoga, we get to activate our muscles and open up the energy channels in the body. It allows us to feel grounded and present in our body. By incorporating the Kundalini elements, our mind and consciousness get elevated. At the end of the practice session, our body is strengthened, mind is calmed and spirit is uplifted.

The practice begins with pranayama(breathing exercise), followed by a sequence of asanas (posture) and a guided meditation at the end. A well-deserved deep relaxation at the end is guaranteed.
