Improve Your Arm Balances & Inversions with Nasci Lobo
Are you a beginner or intermediate level practitioner who would like to work on inversions and arm balances? Too many people in regular classes to practice safety and no personal instruction? Unsure about details, or need someone to walk you through the steps and watch you?
This 1 1/2hr workshop will allow you to get what you don't normally get, moving your practice to the next level. Learn how to establish a good base for inversions and arm balances, learn variations, transitions and ways to improve arm and core strength AND have time to practice those.
This is not a Flow or Power class focussing on inversions and arm balances. We will work on asana you want to learn and improve and problems you want to overcome. We aim to make your practice more complete, more fulfilling, more varied and smoother, instilling confidence and self-satisfaction".
Tell us what you would like to focus on and improve when you register.
What will you get out of this course?
- It is a small class of max. 6 persons. You will get plenty of attention from the instructor.
- 101 instruction to get into these asanas from basic, to intermediate and to intermediate-advanced stages.
- To build up the proficiency, you will be guided to practice the transitions between these asanas, jump-backs and forward jumps, variations of Sun Salutations (aka surya namaskar) as well as work on the shoulder and upper back flexibility.
- This contains some elements of a power or vinyasa flow yoga class. However, the focus will be arm balances and inversions.
