Coaching is an experiential and individualised leadership development process. It is an extremely useful tool.
It is essential to engage a coaching arrangement when you want to be ahead of the game - whether for your own career development, business development or personal development.
In this journey, you are empowered with guidance from the Coach to make your own personal transformation. The empowerment stimulates the coaching counterpart to take ownership in the journey and, therefore, allow the positive shift to occur with commitment.
As a leader, coaching is an essential skill to improve employee engagement, reduce stress level and enhance performance.
What will you get out of a coaching arrangement?
The Coach's role is to get you look at things from a different perspective and then take action to achieve goals. The coaching counterpart (i.e. you) will achieve one or more of the following outcomes:
enhance the ability to think strategically in terms of outcomes and capability to deliver those outcomes;
enhance the ability to maximise goal setting skills to prioritise and manage time more effectively;
improve the delegation skills;
deepening the knowledge and insights into oneself (e.g. strength, leadership styles, significant presence etc); and
gaining more advanced communication skills.
How do I start?
Give us a call to book a "meet & greet" appointment to meet with our Coach. This is a 1-hr long for you and the Coach to meet and get some brief background as to what is going on in your life. It is also for you to decide whether you want to enter into a coaching arrangement.
