Sound and music is known as an important part of the healing process. It has been known and used as way to release stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic pains. With the use of Gong, the sound vibrations can permeate deeper into the cellulars of our physical body. It can achieve a realignment of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body.

Aurélie Gauthier is offering her time to facilitate regular Gong Meditation.

As a French teacher and an Integral Yoga Teacher, Aurélie has been spending the last few years experiencing for herself and her students, at school and on the mat, ways to alleviate the stress of everyday life. After injuring her legs, she started to attend regular gong baths and pujas, felt instantly the benefits of the gong vibrations and realised the power of sound healing. She completed Gong Trainings with Martha Collard in Hong Kong, Aidan McIntyre and Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux in the UK.
