MARI Yoga and Luxe Nova Lifestyle Studio invite you to experience a 90 min special Saturday “JUST TO BE” yoga (and more) workshop to share the time & space together.          
We will explore simple but effective Yoga Asana for your daily routine including ways to help to heal your current conditions (emotionally & physically) or even to send healing messages to outer environments.
Mariko will also introduce you a unique breathing sequence which has been passed on by one of great Taoist Qi Gong Masters in Hong Kong.

The workshop will be held in a welcoming & cozy small group environment.

The intention of this special workshop is simply to Breathe, to Move
and to Heal.

More about Mariko Hiyama

Mariko’s interest in Yoga began when she was a young girl and was a result of her relating to various ethical and moral attributes that her life had in common with yoga philosophy. The way she was raised in Japan set the stage; she was taught Compassion, Gratitude, Respect for all living things, and Acceptance of Reality and of Oneself. These qualities all have their roots in yoga philosophy which teaches their development.

Yoga Alliance 200hrs recognised Power Yoga Teacher Training as well as a martial arts integrated style - Budokon Yoga Teacher Training- certified instructor. 

Mariko has been running MARI Yoga since 2013 in two countries (Luxembourg & Hong Kong) with a concept of "Move Forward with Your Intention" .

She is currently advancing her practice in healing methods as well as "Body & Mind" anatomy under the guidance of great masters of Qi Gong and Reflexology.

She also serves at clinics & Luxe Nova as a Facial Reflexologist & an instructor of Japanese Cosmo Facial.
