Radiant Body Yoga is a holistic approach to yoga, which is derived from Hatha and Kundalini yoga.

When practicing yoga with Virginie, you get to empower yourself and discover a new harmonious connection of mind, body and spirit.
With the physical practice of Hatha Yoga, we get to activate our muscles and open up the energy channels in the body. It allows us to feel grounded and present in our body. By incorporating the Kundalini elements, our mind and consciousness get elevated. At the end of the practice session, our body is strengthened, mind is calmed and spirit is uplifted.

About the Practitioner
Virginie Morel is a French yoga teacher. She studied in Rishikesh, India, with world-renowned Kia Miller, founder of Radiant Body Yoga and received her certification after an intense and transformative month. In her classes, Virginie shares her deep love of yoga and invites her students to practice with an open mind and heart.
