"I think 99 times and I find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me." - Albert Einstein
With Hong Kong constantly being pumped with adrenaline rush, over time, our body, mind and soul start to feel exhausted and tight. Come and join us for an extended 2-hour and grounding restorative yoga practice followed by guided meditation and Tibetan singing bowls sound bath.
What will happen in this 2-hour workshop?
In this two-hour workshop, we will switch on the parasympathetic nervous system and come to a place of rest and rejuvenation. With the support of props, we pamper ourselves to go deeper into opening the heart, hips and spine. Complete the practice with a calming heart meditation and Tibetan singing bowls healing. Whether you're unwinding from travel, releasing stress or needing a break from a long week, this practice is for you.
About the Facilitator
Born in New York, Win-Sie is a multi-passionate yogini - having produced documentaries, taught English and flashmobbed the streets of L.A. Through it all, yoga has been the soundtrack to her life for the past nine years and has helped calm her mind, quiet her ego,and connect to the divinity in others. She completed her 200-hour training at YogaWorks and regularly participates in yoga and meditation retreats in India, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Her classes combine awareness of breath, conscious sequencing and a dose of whimsy to nourish the body, mind and soul.
