“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.” ~ Pierre Theilhard de Chardin
Adults learn new skills through experiences, rather than reading books. Naturally, our take-on of wellness is to maintain a constant mind-body-spirit connection through having fun and exploring various experiences. Each experience is unique and personal.
We curate personalised programme by integrating various holistic and practical approaches. These alternative methods complement with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and wellbeing. It can also be used as self-practice.
Through these experiences, you get to explore and connect your physical anatomy with your energetic anatomy. As you gain more new perspectives, you are able to manage your wellbeing more efficiently.
Reiki is a form of energy healing therapy for deep relaxation and revitalisation. It is composed of two Japanese words, “𩆜氣”, meaning “universal life energy”.
Next Workshop: Saturday, 7 April, 11:00 - 18:00
With Reiki Level 2, you will learn the first three symbols: (i) power, (ii) distance and emotional/mental symbols. The use of symbols will allow the Reiki practitioner to focus healing on the relevant areas, whether mental or emotional problems or distant healing. These symbols can be perceived as additional tools for working with people and the world community.
Reiki I and Reiki II can be seen as the foundation for self-discovery, personal and spiritual growth. In this journey, you have learnt and applied the basic knowledge about energy and the techniques on activating and channelling Reiki energy. Aside self practice, you may have given people Reiki treatment. Or even better, you may have been experimenting with Reiki creatively.
Reiki Level 3 Workshop is available on request. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Change is the only constant in the world. Instead of trying to resist the change, we should just flow with it and leverage the resources that are available to us. This is the essence of the Taoist principle of Wu Wei (無為i.e. non-doing).
Living in the steroid-driven city like Hong Kong, people age faster as a result of the stress about themselves, the past, future and anything but the present moment. The idea of “non-doing” may seem to be an urban myth to many people.

Everything that is alive pulsates with energy, and all of this energy contains information. "Soma" in Latin means body and, therefore, somatic is everything relating to the body (as distinct from the mind). A somatic psychotherapy session with Tanya combines visionary craniosacral work with psychology. And through mindfulness, she explores with you the linkages between your body (as in your physical anatomy) and your energetic anatomy.
Tanya is available on request and by appointment only. Please contact us at email@example.com.
The value of what Reiki adds to our own life is beyond any words as it is gained through experience from receiving and giving Reiki. Whether you are a long-term Reiki practitioner or a beginner, in this journey of continuing personal development, it is precious and essential for us to practice in a group and a safe space.
It is a great opportunity to exchange energy, ideas, tips and simply friendship. In particular, for those who tend to practice Reiki alone or gives Reiki to others, it is always beautiful to be receiving this intelligence energy vibration for yourself.
Yoga Nidra is the sublime science of complete relaxation. It is a unique holistic method for maximising health and wellbeing, releasing physical and mental tensions.
Yoga Nidra is also known as the "guided sleep meditation" or described as "yogic sleep". The deep rest from the practice of Yoga Nidra is key to healing and rejuvenation. It is a great antidote for our day and age.
