What is WEBCO?
Women's Empowerment Beyond Corporate ("WEBCO") is initiated by Luxe Nova.  It has been inspired by many women leaders (like Margaret Thatcher, Sheryl Sandberg and Julia Roberts), who have set the stage for success and empowerment.

WEBCO is also created with the strong belief that in the 21st century,

  • an exemplary leader is someone who is of high emotional, cultural, social and spiritual intelligence; and
  • women are empowered to express the feminine and create a better world by infusing the feminine element into all activities*.
“The woman's mission is not to enhance the masculine spirit, but to express the feminine; hers is not to preserve a man-made world, but to create a human world by the infusion of the feminine element into all of its activities.” - Margaret Thatcher*

Being feminine is a woman’s prerogative.  In practice, only very few of us have really allowed ourselves the space and time to explore deep into our own femininity.  In the corporate world, the domineering masculine energy is beginning to deplete and make room for feminine energy to tilt the imbalance.  However, it is still a long way from achieving the equality of men and women.  This is partly because at least half of the women are still unaware of or even denying their own feminine power.

“If you think you're too small to have an impact, try going to bed with a mosquito.” - Anita Roddick, founder of the Body Shop

Therefore, WEBCO is intended to create and grow a community of sophisticated and influential women who are ready and open to cultivate further their emotional, cultural, social and spiritual intelligence.  It is a “whole-woman (mind-body-spirit)” support system through a series of talks, workshops and feminine networking events.

We believe that as each women from this community starts to make the positive transformation within herself, she is radiating her feminine energy to influence the other women and men in her immediate environment.  In other words, we are cultivating the empowering feminine leadership.

"A strong woman understands that the gifts such as logic, decisiveness, and strength are just as feminine as intuition and emotional connection. She values and uses all of her gifts." — Nancy Rathburn

What do we do with WEBCO?
As a support system, we work with the participant to cultivate, enhance and maintain her wellness in a 360° manner – nurturing and transforming her Mind, Body, Spirit and Pleasure.  In other words, the participant will reinforce her confidence to deal with the daily-grind in the corporate world in a uniquely feminine way – and at the same time, further develop her femininity and spirituality (sans religions).

The mission of WEBCO is to be the safe harbour (i.e. with love, open mind and open heart) for:

  1. empowering women to cultivate their emotional, cultural, social and spiritual intelligence;
  2. empowering women to uncover, connect /re-connect and embrace their own femininity;
  3. developing and multiplying feminine women leadership; and
  4. allowing women to network in the feminine way.

We have created a special WEBCO Wellness Menu.  You are free to cherry-pick the parts that appeal to you most or simply tickle your curiosity.
